29. A Cool Manual Coffee Grinder
Electric grinders, like the Baratza featured on this list are great. However, not everyone has the space for a new appliance. Or they just might not need one so often to justify purchasing a new gadget. Well, there can be countless valid reasons. And that’s why manual coffee grinders are a great pick.
Manual grinders are portable, most of them allow grinding enough coffee for 1-2 cups, and remain overall easy to operate. Just remember to always pick a burr grinder based setup for your needs.
Hario Ceramic Skerton Plus grinder is an excellent pick for this category. Another great pick is the JavaPresse Manual Coffee Grinder (pictured here). Both these grinders allow grind size adjustments and are easy to operate.
Manual grinders can cover most coffee grind requirements. Although, they do generally struggle with fine grinds like those for espresso. But then again, if you’re looking for espresso grinds, it’s better to consider more specific (and expensive) coffee grinders. For conventional needs, manual grinders will do just fine.
